Fast Delivery We are open Monday - Sunday and do our best to pack all orders within 48-72 hours of receiving them, but occasionally there will be busy days or holidays when this won't be possible. And then other times when we get them out super quick!
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail 1st class post if under £60 anything over, sterling or fine silver necklaces go by Special delivery.
Overseas Deliveries Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world. When in the checkout, click on your destination and the additional charge will be added for tracked and signed for postage. We dispatch using a regular airmail service, so please allow 7-30 days for delivery, depending on destination.

What is your delivery time?
We aim to pack every order within 72 hours of having received it (Mon - Fri), and use second class or special delivery post to dispatch orders to customers within the UK. If you need it quicker than this, ping me an email and I will let you know if it will be possible.

Do you offer Free Delivery? No, there is a postage charge on all orders.
I need it urgently!
I don't drink Redbull but I do often seem to have wings, so if you really need something by a particular date, please write it in the 'comments' field or drop an email to [email protected] after you have placed the order, and we will do our very best for you. We can't promise 100% success, particularly if it has to be made first, but I will certainly try.
What is your returns policy?

Can I return one of your products if I bought it in a shop?
In the first instance, please return the item to the shop, along with your proof of purchase and original packaging. However, if the matter remains unresolved, please do feel free to contact us.

Occasionally! I keep my prices as low as I can so that everyone can enjoy my jewellery, Sometimes I might send you an email with an offer, if you have purchased before. Alternatively I will post any discounts on the blog page.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the world.
We dispatch using a tracked and signed for delivery, so please allow 7-30 days for delivery, depending on where you live. International orders come with signed and tracked as standard, when you add your destination.
